The arrangement my wife received was absolutely spectacular. My wife was incredibly pleased with how beautiful they were. Originally, my order was to be delivered the day before. But late in the day I received a call from the owner of the shop. She stated that she was not in the shop that day but was receiving pictures of arrangements before they were delivered. The arrangement that I had ordered did not meet her standards so she asked if it would be OK if they could remake it the right way and send it the next day. I must say it’s very refreshing to find someone who takes such pride in her business and her product that she took the time to personally call me to explain the situation and to make it right. It was definitely worth the wait! The arrangement was absolutely beautiful. I will be a forever customer and I recommend this shop to anyone who wants a great product from an incredible owner who will always make it right.
